Spain: Delay in process of Entrepreneurs’ Act Applications

The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs is experiencing delays in processing the applications for visas and residence cards under the Entrepreneurs’ Act due to staff shortages.

Applications are currently taking approximately two months to be completed. This is longer than the previous processing time of twenty working days.
