Latest Update – U.S. Executive Order on Immigration

President Donald Trump’s 90 day travel ban

The Supreme Court has ruled that President Donald Trump’s 90 day travel ban is allowed to be enforced in part. Travelers from six countries – Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen – who lack ‘any bona fide relationship with any person or entity in the United States’ will not be permitted to travel to the U.S.

For Individuals outside of the ‘bona fide’ relationship exception, the ruling should be construed as effective immediately until further notice.

It is strongly advised that all travelers check their passports and any new legislation before travelling to the U.S.
