Germany: Delays in processing Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) applications

The team responsible for processing ICT applications at the Federal Employment Agency has announced a backlog due to a lack of staffing. There has been a significant amount of applications which have not yet been processed. ICT applicants may have to attend their visa appointments without prior approval from the Federal Employment Agency. This will aid in clearing the back log, however after the ICT process is complete the applicant may have to resubmit the pre-approval.
