Australia: Sponsorship compliance

Since 13th December 2018 the Australian integrity regulations have come into effect which allows the immigration department to publicly list companies which have failed in their sponsorship compliance obligations.

This policy of “naming and shaming” will allow potential employees to check if an employer has been sanctioned in the past before making the decision to accept any employment.
