United States: Greater Fines for Immigration Breaches

Latest on United States’s  greater fines for immigration breaches

Greater fines for employers who perform immigration related offences, which include form I-9 AND e-Verify violations the unlawful employment of foreign nationals, unfair immigration employment practices and H-1B and H-2B program violations will come into effect from 1 August 2016. The increase in fines will apply for any breach that has occurred after 2 November 2015.
