As of 1st February 2019, all foreign employees in Singapore with children must present proof of their children’s vaccination records.

All foreign dependent children in Singapore who are under the age of 12 must have their vaccination for diphtheria and measles before they can apply for a Dependent’s Pass or Long Term Visit Pass.

Foreign children who born in Singapore or who hold a Dependent Pass or Long Term Visit Pass issued before the 1st Feb 2019 will be exempt. Those who are immune must submit certified evidence to Singapore’s Health Promotion Board.
