Kenya: In-country Work Permits

The Kenyan government has indefinitely suspended work permits for foreign nationals who are already in Kenya. The cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government issued instructions that foreign nationals cannot remain in or enter before the issuance of their work permit.

Any foreign national who is in Kenya without a valid work permit, or immigration pass will be arrested and deported.
