Telex visa approval to move online and additional requirements for working visa applications

As of 21st November 2016 the Indonesia Directorate has implemented a rule which has stopped submission of hard copy visa applications for telex release. Applicants will no longer need to physically attend a Directorate General Immigration office, In addition company representatives are longer required to be present for visa applicant approvals.

All telex approvals will move to an online process and sent to processing agencies.

Under the working visa requirement, index 312, a coloured scanned copy of the applications latest saving accounts will require a minimum balance of $1500.
