Denmark: Possible strike could affect the immigration authorities

Employers at the state, regional and municipal levels are in talks with the Danish unions about employment and salary structures in Denmark. There is the threat of a strike by public sector workers on May 8th 2018. There is also a threat of retaliation by the employers who will “lockout” their employees on May 12th 2018.

It is worth noting that any outstanding immigration applications for Denmark will face delays due to the possible strike actions.
