Denmark: Minimum Salary Level Increase For Pay Limit scheme

Immigration Update – Denmark

From 10 June 2016 the minimum salary that foreign nationals must earn in order to qualify for a residence and work permit under the Pay Limit scheme is DKK 400,000 per annum. Individuals under the Fast Track scheme who are employed according to the conditions of the Pay Limit Scheme will also be subject to the new threshold.
