Foreign nationals may now be required to complete integration courses
Foreign nationals who wish to obtain a long term residence permit for employment in Czech Republic may be required to complete coursework within a year of arrival. This is aimed at assisting foreign nationals to integrate into Czech society.
This new requirement in Czech Republic is yet to be approved by the Czech Parliament and has not been implemented. The rationale behind this new requirement is that over the last four years the number of foreign national employees in has risen dramatically.
