Belgium: Processing delays for Family Reunification Applications

Latest on Belgium’s processing delays for Family reunification applications

Owing to the considerable rise in family reunification applications, any pending applications that have been submitted by a third-country national family member on or after 8 July 2016 will face processing times of 9 months.

There is also scope for the Immigration authorities to increase processing times twice for three months at a time.
